Keith Warren - He is 'The Big Picture'
Award winning trainer, professional speaker and entrepreneur, Keith has learned - the hard way - that positive results can come from difficult experiences, and that we often learn best from situations which are unfamiliar and even comfortable.
As he says..."It's not what happens to you, it's how you respond".
Keith is no stranger to difficulty in his life, he didn't have a privileged childhood and he became quite adept at dealing with bullies and the difficult situations in life. In fact, it was only when Keith found himself divorced and depressed that he realised what his true meaning was in life....
He started to understand his own vulnerabilities and he realised that through counselling, that even us 'grown-ups' are not always much bigger than 'kids'!! It was at this point that he truly found himself and understood the vulnerabilities that students face every day. They THINK they're big on the outside; but they're not quite so big on the 'inside'...
He also realised in a profound and dramatic way that you are responsible for what happens to you in your life; no-one else can do it, except you. People can support you, they can be your friend, they can soothe a situation; but they can't 'Do It' for you. He uses this learning in 'The Big Picture'.
Keith connects fantastically well with students, he engages with them on their level, he relates to their experiences and he understands them. He understands their foibles and nuances and is able to get under their 'skin' in a way that naturally helps them.
The work that he is doing is truly life-changing and Keith came to realise this when he started being 'mobbed' by students at the end of 'The Big Picture'; many of them want to shake his hand and get his autograph!! This may sound somewhat shallow; but what he definitely understood was that something had 'shifted' inside his audience, it hit them straight between the eyes!!!
He speaks to 1,000s' of students every week and the feedback from students and teachers alike is impressive.

Mike McGinn - Motivational Speaker
Mike (or Michael) is a Creative Practitioner, Movement Choreographer, Actor and Mime Artist, who has over 20 years experience of working in the film, theatre, and TV industry, having worked on a variety of feature films, commercial and corporate events. He also has experience of delivering creative drama/storytelling/movement and improvisational workshops with primary/secondary children in schools for Creative Partnerships in Nottingham, Burton-on-Trent and Birmingham; he has also worked in educational and outreach environments, and storytelling for Nottingham's Bookstart.
Mike is the 'engine room' of the business, having delivered more 'Big Picture' workshops than Keith in the first 6 months of this year. He brings a new energy and dimension to the 'Big Picture' and has transformed the learning of students immeasurably. Not only is he very funny and comical but his style of delivery is very powerful, so the students really connect with him.
The most recent role Mike has had was as a Choreographer/Agent, supplying artists and creating a movement style on the latest Harry Potter film, 'The Half-Blood Prince'!
Julie Fotheringham - PA to Keith Warren
Julie is the Personal Assistant to Keith Warren. Her background is predemoninantly 15 years as a Legal Secretary whilst also having experience in the armed forces and close protection work.
Her ability to liaise confidently with people on all levels, oversee the day-to-day running of the office and provide admin support in all areas has made her Keith's 'right-hand woman!'
Julie is the 'heart of the business' - she's the person that the teachers love to chat to when it comes to booking 'The Big Picture' in their school. She also makes sure that Keith is on time, has got what he needs and is not chatting to people when he shouldn't be.....she sorts Keith out!!!

Jane Lloyd & Stephanie Milton - 'Results' Managers
The 'brains' behind the business - Jane and Stephanie work as a 'team'... They are both accredited ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) trainers.
They make sure that Keith and Michael deliver on their promises. Whilst Keith and Michael focus on the Big Picture 'Live" - Jane and Stephanie focus on everything 'AFTER' this event.
Jane and Stephanie focus on making sure that:
- 'My' Big Picture goal setting cards get sent to students
- Evaluation and feedback is completed for schools
- PHSE plans for schools are relevant, cool and fun with learning and games
- The 'Big Picture' helps to achieve 'Every Child Matters', 'SEAL' and aspirational targets for schools
- The 'Big Picture' conforms with current legislation and syllabus material
Jane and Stephanie are devils for the detail; they'll definitely get the results for schools that they want.
Stuart Wright - Logo and Design Genius
This is the 'genius' that does all of the design stuff for 'The Big Picture'.
Stuart is totally creative and original - he turns all of our 'thoughts' and 'theories' into reality so that they make a massive impact with students. Stuart graduated with a degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Loughborough University in 2000 and has worked in design ever since. We're proud to have him 'on board'!
Rob Glass - Film-maker
Award winning and groundbreaking is how the plaudits describe Rob Glass.
This experienced film-maker helps Keith and Michael demonstrate the full power of what 'The Big Picture' is all about. An utter genius!!
Rob is a veteran film-maker who has worked with the BBC for the previous 20 years. He has a huge portfolio of clients and people who are thrilled by the integrity and magic that he captures. Ann Brosnan - 'The Big Picture' Author
Ann has helped 'The Big Picture' put what they want to say into words. She has just recently finished co-writing the 'Big Picture' trilogy of books that will encourage students to transform their lives and help them get amazing results both at school and in life.
Her previous experiences have been in life coaching and training and she now runs programs for underprivileged and maltreated young people.
Keith says that Ann is the 'voice' of 'The Big Picture'.
Stuart Powell - Mentor and Business Coach
Stuart is a dynamic up-and-coming 28 year old recently hailed by a newspaper as being one of the top 100 people to influence businesses in Yorkshire. He works with numerous successful businesses and business people who turn to him for assistance and advice on how to grow their business and discover fresh ways to channel their ambitions. Company directors are queuing up to be coached by Stuart to help them put into action the most ambitious of business plans, visions and strategies and we are delighted to have him helping us to achieve our 'Big Picture'!
Kelly Vero - PR and Voice Coach
Kelly runs the PR machine that is the 'Big Picture' and gets our profile to as many schools and places throughout the country. She knows that this stuff is too important to leave under 'wraps'. She understands the power of 'The Big Picture' as she works with students who have previously attended our sessions and seen the dramatic effect it has over students.
Kelly is also an experienced voice coach which has been invaluable when it comes to helping Keith and Michael to master the intricacies of public speaking in front of 100's of students.
